If you Apply On-Line for a mortgage:

An On-Line Mortgage Application is not complete until a verbal validation of the information provided has been made. No processing will begin and a credit report will not be requested until we have your expressed permission to begin the mortgage process. Once completed the mortgage application and all required state and federal disclosures will be sent by over-night mail to the customer for review and signatures.

We want to be very clear: We will not process your application until you have confirmed your intentions to apply for a mortgage with one of our mortgage specialists.
