When a Garden State Mortgage Consultant Pre-qualifies your client they may also qualify for our TIPP Program. Upon accepting their Application Garden State Mortgage will issue them a TIPP certificate.

With a TIPP Certificate from Garden State Mortgage the buyer's lawyer doesn't have to wait for a Commitment before ordering the title work.

If Garden State Mortgage denies their mortgage application we will refund all out-of-pocket costs related to the title work. All of them!
